Organic or non organic makeup doesn't matter as much as the presence of estrogen mimicking chemicals in the makeup.  Women  seeking to get rid of boating and breast tenderness before their period need to avoid chemicals that act like estrogen in their  cosmetics.  Anything put on the skin is 10 times in potency to what you eat because the liver inactivates 90% of what is put in the mouth.  Sometimes natural herbs can also mimic estrogen and contribute  to bloating and breast tenderness before the period.  Herbs such as lavender, neem oil, cinnamon, and  tea tree oil are documented estrogen mimics and can make your pms worse.  Tahiti lipstick is a favorite for many of our customers and to the best of our knowledge will not provoke more pms.  You have enough to worry about without pms.
